Feeding Guidelines
Sentinel Simply Lite is formulated for mature horses requiring a lower calorie diet or a reduced grain feeding rate such as easy-keepers, ponies and miniature horses. Sentinel Simply Lite may also be fed to horses when a low starch and sugar diet is recommended for maintenance of digestive and metabolic health and additional calories are not needed to maintain good body condition – consult with an equine nutritionist for a recommended diet.
The suggested feeding program is intended solely as a guide. Adjust the feeding of Sentinel Simply Lite according to individual needs and condition of the horse. The variables of management, environment, and breed may dictate changes in the horse’s dietary requirements.
Provide good-quality hay or pasture, free-choice salt and plenty of fresh water.

Suggested feeding program is based on offering grass or mixed grass hays. If feeding legume hays, rich pasture, or if Sentinel Simply Lite is fed below recommended feeding range, consult your Kent Nutrition Group sales representative or customer service for a ration recommendation.
