Yes. FFH Service Centers Services ALL Brands. Even if your equipment wasn’t purchased at FFH, or is no longer under warranty, the friendly and knowledgeable service staff will be happy to assist. Call 1-833-744-7373 to schedule your appointment today.

If your unit is covered under warranty, a Service Center Team Member will walk you through the next steps regarding pick-up and delivery*, and estimated completion timeline.

When does my Family Protection Plan start?

Your extended warranty will start at the end of the manufacturer's warranty; however, pickup and delivery start at the date of purchase on equipment that retails for $1,000 or more*.

*If the pick-up and delivery is greater than 30 miles one way from the nearest FFH Service Center, a pick-up and delivery charge of $1.00 per mile in excess of 30 miles will apply.

Are there fees for transporting my equipment to a service center for a warranty repair?

Family Protection Plan on equipment that retail for $1,000+ include pickup and delivery from date of purchase.*

*If the pick-up and delivery is greater than 30 miles one way from the nearest FFH Service Center, a pick-up and delivery charge of $1.00 per mile in excess of 30 miles will apply.

Can I deliver my equipment to the service center to avoid transport fees?

Yes, you are welcome to drop off and pick up your equipment directly from the service center. Please note that an appointment still needs to be made. Call 1-833-744-7373 to schedule your appointment today.

Could there be a service charge even if my equipment is under warranty?

Damage from accident, abuse, misuse or introduction of foreign objects into the product are not covered under the Protection Plan. Damage from lack of preventative maintenance care not covered under the Protection Plan. Subject to $50 diagnostic fee.

Does my Family Protection Plan cover routine maintenance?

Routine equipment maintenance is not covered under the Family Protection Plan; however, your local FFH Service Center can perform this maintenance as recommended. Schedule your appointment today, 1-833-744-7373.

Does my warranty cover a fuel-related issue?

No fuel related issues are covered by any OEM or extended warranty plans. Damage from accident, abuse, misuse or introduction of foreign objects into the product are not covered under the Protection Plan.

How do I use my Family Protection Plan?

If your product experiences a covered failure, simply call us at 1-833-744-7373.

If I sell my equipment while the Family Protection Plan is still in effect, can I transfer the warranty to another person?

No, this plan may not be transferred.

Terms and Conditions

This is a legal contract (referred to hereinafter as the "Plan") Please read the Plan carefully and completely. By purchasing it, you understand that it is such a Plan and acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to read the terms and conditions set forth herein and you agree to all such terms and conditions.

Obligor: The company obligated under this Plan is Family Farm & Home, Inc., with its principal office located at 900 Third Street, Suite 302, Muskegon, Michigan 49440; (231) 722-8335. Definitions: (1) "we," "us" and "our" refers Family Farm & Home, (also referred to as “Family Farm & Home,” or “FFH”) as identified in immediately above; (2) "administrator" refers to Obligor. The administrator can be contacted in writing at the address above or by calling 833-744-7373, (3) "breakdown" refers to the mechanical or electrical failure of the product caused by: a) defects in materials/and or workmanship, or b) normal wear and tear; (4) "product" refers to the consumer item(s) which you purchased concurrently with and which is covered by this Plan; (5) "you," "your" and "service Plan holder" refers to the individual who purchased the product and this Plan; (6) "retailer" refers to Family Farm & Home.

Instructions: You must keep this Plan and the original sales receipt for the product purchased from Family Farm & Home. This Plan and the original sales receipt for the product are integral parts of this Plan and you will be required to present or provide them to Family Farm & Home in order to obtain service to or replacement of your product under your plan. This Plan, including the terms, conditions, limitations, exceptions and exclusions, and the sales receipt shall collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and Family Farm & Home.

Place of Service: If your product requires service, that service will only be provided at a Family Farm & Home, Inc. service center. If you have your product serviced at any other service center, this Plan will not apply to the service provided to your product. Family Farm & Home will identify the service center location nearest you (“FFH Service Center”) at the time you arrange to obtain service. Your product must be delivered to the FFH Service Center.

To Obtain Service: Call 833-744-7373, during normal business hours; all repairs and replacements must be authorized by Family Farm & Home in advance. All claims must be reported within the Term of Coverage and on or before the date of expiration of this Plan; otherwise your product will not be serviced, repaired or replaced under this Plan.

What Is Covered:

For Service Plans: This Plan covers parts and labor costs to repair your product in the event it experiences a breakdown which is not covered under any insurance policy or any other warranty or service Plan. If your product requires service, you must present or provide the original sales receipt for the product and a copy of this Plan. We will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the product. We will provide pick-up and delivery of the product within 30 miles one way from the nearest FFH Service Center free of charge when required for repair service for a product with an initial purchase price of $1000.00 and above. If the pick-up and delivery is greater than 30 miles one way from the nearest FFH Service Center, a pick-up and delivery charge of $1.00 per mile in excess of 30 miles one way from the nearest FFH Service Center will be payable by you. For a product with an initial purchase price under $1,000.00, you will be responsible for the cost of delivering the product to the nearest FFH Service Center for repair. You agree, that, at our discretion, new, used, refurbished, or non-original manufacturer parts that provide performance to the factory specifications of the product may be used for any repairs to the product. Your purchase price for a product does not include the sales tax or the cost of this Plan. If we, in our sole discretion, elect to replace a product under your Service Plan, we may replace your product with a NEW, REMANUFACTURED, REFURBISHED OR A PRODUCT OF LIKE KIND AND QUALITY THAT PERFORMS TO THE FACTORY SPECIFICATIONS OF THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT. IF YOUR PRODUCT IS REPLACED, WE ARE DEEMED TO HAVE FULLY SATISFIED ALL OF OUR OBLIGATIONS TO YOU UNDER THIS PLAN AND AS OF THE DATE OF REPLACEMENT WE WILL HAVE NO FURTHER OBLIGATION TO YOU UNDER THIS PLAN.

For Replacement Plans: IF PURCHASED, this Plan covers the replacement of your product in the event your product experiences a breakdown which is not covered under any insurance policy or any other warranty or service plan. We will, at our discretion, replace the product with a product of like kind with a new, rebuilt or refurbished product of like kind and quality that performs to the factory specifications of the original product, when required due to a breakdown not caused by power surge or accidental damage from handling. If your product requires replacement, you may return the product to the Family Farm & Home, Inc. store nearest you and you must present or provide the original sales receipt for the product and a copy of this Plan. IF YOUR PRODUCT IS REPLACED, WE ARE DEEMED TO HAVE FULLY SATISFIED ALL OF OUR OBLIGATIONS TO YOU UNDER THIS PLAN AND, AS OF THE DATE OF REPLACEMENT, WE WILL HAVE NO FURTHER OBLIGATION TO YOU UNDER THIS PLAN. YOU ARE ENTITLED TO ONLY ONE REPLACEMENT UNDER THIS REPLACEMENT PLAN.

NO LEMON POLICY: During the Term of Coverage of your Plan, after three (3) service repairs have been completed on a product for the same breakdown at a FFH Service Center, and that individual product requires a fourth (4th) service repair at a FFH Service Center, as determined by us, we will replace the product with a product of like kind and quality that performs to the factory specifications of the original product, not to exceed the original purchase price, including sales tax, but not the cost of this Plan.

NOTE: The No Lemon Policy does not apply to repairs performed while the product is under the manufacturer’s warranty or repairs completed during the manufacturer’s warranty will not be counted in the number of service repairs for the purposes of this No Lemon Policy provision. IF YOUR PRODUCT IS REPLACED, WE ARE DEEMED TO HAVE FULLY SATISFIED ALL OF OUR OBLIGATIONS TO YOU UNDER THIS PLAN AND, AS OF THE DATE OF REPLACEMENT, WE WILL HAVE NO FURTHER OBLIGATION TO YOU UNDER THIS PLAN. YOU ARE ENTITLED TO ONLY ONE REPLACEMENT UNDER THIS REPLACEMENT PLAN.

TERM OF COVERAGE:
For Service Plans for all products with an initial purchase price of $200.00 or more:
Your Plan term for the product begins on and continues for the period indicated below. In the event your product is being serviced at a FFH Service Center when the Plan expires, the term of the Plan will be extended until the covered repair has been completed at the FFH Service Center.

For Replacement Plans for all products with an initial purchase price of $199.99 or less: Your Plan term for the product begins on and continues for the period indicated below. In the event your product is being service at a FFH Service Center when the plan expires, the term of the plan will be extended until the covered repair has been completed at the FFH Service Center.

In each instance of a Service Plan and/or Replacement Plan, the Plan term begins upon the expiration of the shortest portion of the manufacturer's original written warranty. For example, if the manufacturer provides a split warranty coverage program where the warranty term durations are not equal in duration for parts and labor (e.g., three months/90 days of labor and twelve months/1 year for parts), and you purchased a 1 year (365 days) service plan and/or replacement plan, the obligations under this Plan commence on day 91 when the shortest portion of the manufacturer's warranty ends and will continue through day 455. Service Plans and Replacement Plans will expire at the end of day 455. During the manufacturer's warranty period, any and all responsibility for the repair or replacement of your product from a covered breakdown is the responsibility of the Manufacturer.

DEDUCTIBLE: There is no deductible required to obtain service for your product.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED: (1) EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE STATED IN THIS PLAN, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE, DELAY IN RENDERING SERVICE UNDER THIS PLAN, FOR LOSS OF DATA, OR FOR LOSS OF USE DURING THE PERIOD THAT THE PRODUCT IS AT A REPAIR CENTER OR OTHERWISE AWAITING PARTS; (2) ANY AND ALL PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS THAT OCCUR PRIOR TO THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS PLAN; (3) DAMAGE FROM ACCIDENT, ABUSE, MISUSE, OR INTRODUCTION OF FOREIGN OBJECTS INTO THE PRODUCT; (4) UNAUTHORIZED PRODUCT MODIFICATIONS, ADDITIONS OR ALTERATIONS; (5) FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS; (6) PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE; (7) COMMERCIALLY USED PRODUCTS; (8) THIRD PARTY ACTIONS, FIRE, COLLISION, VANDALISM AND THEFT; (9) THE ELEMENTS OR ACTS OF GOD; (10) WAR, INVASION OR ACT OF FOREIGN ENEMY, HOSTILITIES, CIVIL WAR, REBELLION, RIOT, STRIKE, LABOR DISTURBANCE, LOCKOUT OR CIVIL COMMOTION; (11) DAMAGE CAUSED BY DEFECTIVE BATTERIES OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE BATTERIES (12) DAMAGE CAUSED BY POWER SURGES; (13) ACCESSORIES AND SUPPLIES USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PRODUCT OR PARTS NORMALLY DESIGNATED TO BE REPLACED PERIODICALLY BY YOU OR CONSUMED DURING THE LIFE OF THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING FOR EXAMPLE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: BELTS, PULL CORDS, TIRES, BLADES, BATTERIES, SPARK PLUGS, MUFFLERS, FILTERS, TRIMMER LINES, OR EXTERIOR PIPES OR PLUMBING (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN THE 'WHAT IS COVERED' SECTION); (14) DAMAGE WHICH IS NOT REPORTED ON OR BEFORE THE EXPIRATION OF THIS PLAN; (14) DAMAGE COVERED BY OTHER WARRANTY OR SERVICE PLAN OR PLANS; (16) COST OF INSTALLATION, REMOVAL OR REINSTALLATION OF THE PRODUCT; (17) PERIODIC CHECKUPS AND/OR MAINTENANCE AS DIRECTED BY THE MANUFACTURER; (18) ANY LOSS OTHER THAN A COVERED BREAKDOWN OF THE PRODUCT; (19) PRODUCTS NOT ORIGINALLY COVERED BY A MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY; (20) NON-FUNCTIONAL OR AESTHETIC PARTS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PLASTIC PARTS OR KNOBS; (21) SCRATCHES, PEELING AND DENTS; (33) UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS AND/OR PARTS; (34) PARTS AND SERVICE COVERED UNDER ANY MANUFACTURER'S RECALL; (2) DAMAGE, WARPING OR RUSTING OF ANY KIND TO THE HOUSING, CASE OR FRAME OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY NON-OPERATING PART; (25) DAMAGE INCURRED DURING TRANSPORTATION; (26) LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM THE FAILURE TO PROVIDE MANUFACTURER'S RECOMMENDED MAINTENANCE; (27) PRODUCT REPAIRS WHICH SHOULD BE COVERED BY A MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY REGARDLESS OF THE MANUFACTURER'S ABILITY TO PERFORM SUCH REPAIRS; (28) PRODUCTS WITH REMOVED OR ALTERED SERIAL NUMBERS; (29) PRODUCTS SOLD "AS-IS" INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FLOOR MODELS (UNLESS COVERED BY A FULL MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE) AND DEMONSTRATION MODELS; (30) SERVICE THAT OCCURS AT A LOCATION OTHER THAN A FAMILY FARM & HOME SERVICE CENTER AS DIRECTED BY US (31) SEIZED OR DAMAGED PARTS RESULTING FROM FAILURE TO MAINTAIN PROPER LEVELS OF LUBRICANTS OR COOLANTS; RESULTING FROM USING CONTAMINATED OR IMPROPER LUBRICANTS; RESULTING FROM USING STALE, CONTAMINATED, OR IMPROPER FUEL; OR RESULTING FROM FREEZING OR OVERHEATING; AND (31) PRODUCTS WITH SAFETY FEATURE(S) REMOVED, BYPASSED, DISABLED OR ALTERED.

TRANSFER: This Plan may not be transferred.

RENEWAL: This Plan is not renewable.

Not Insurance: This is not a plan of insurance. Obligations of the Obligor under this Plan are backed by the full faith and credit of the Obligor.

RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES: PLEASE READ THIS PARAGRAPH CAREFULLY. Most of your concerns about this Plan can be addressed simply by contacting us at 833-744-7373. In the unlikely event we cannot resolve any disputes, including any claims under this Plan, that you or we may have, YOU AND WE AGREE TO RESOLVE THOSE DISPUTES THROUGH SMALL CLAIM COURT IF WITHIN JURISDICTIONAL LIMITS INSTEAD OF THROUGH COURTS OF GENERAL JURISDICTION.

YOU AND WE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Unless you and we agree otherwise in writing, a court may not consolidate the dispute of another person with your or our dispute and may not preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. If this specific provision of this Plan is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this paragraph shall be null and void.
