How do I enroll in Homegrown Rewards?

Visit your local store where our team members will be happy to help get you enrolled in our rewards program.

To enroll online, please visit our sign up page here to create an account. While creating your online account, be sure to check the Homegrown Rewards® checkbox to enroll and you're all set!

How do I link my existing rewards account to my online FamilyFarmandHome.com account?

Great question - there are a few ways to link your Homegrown Rewards in-store account to your online FamilyFarmandHome.com account. Please see below for the instructions on linking those accounts based on your current account status.

I already have a FamilyFarmandHome.com account:
If you've already created an account on FamilyFarmandHome.com, simply click the "My Points Balance" link. For mobile users, this link will be located in My Account's footer near the bottom of the page. On desktop, the link can be found in My Account's left-hand menu. Once you're here, simply use our rewards lookup tool to link your accounts!

I still need to create my FamilyFarmandHome.com account:
Please start by visiting our sign up page here to create an online account on FamilyFarmandHome.com. While creating your online account, be sure to check the Homegrown Rewards® checkbox to enroll and you're all set! From here, we will work to link your two accounts. If you don't see those accounts linked when visiting your points balance page, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

How do I earn points?

Simply present your card or phone number to your cashier with every purchase to earn points while shopping in-stores. When shopping online, ensure that you've logged into your account and you're all set to automatically earn points with all of your online purchases!

How do I earn reward certificates?

For every 2500 points you accumulate, you will receive a $5 Rewards Certificate. Rewards Certificates are compiled and automatically mailed to qualified customers monthly and are valid for approximately 30 days.

How can I redeem my rewards certificates?

Certificates are currently redeemable at your local Family Farm & Home stores only. Simply present your coupon (printed or on your phone) to your cashier and we'll get you taken care of! Rewards certificates are valid for approximately 30 days. The expiration date is printed on your certificate.

Rewards certificates are like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Program FAQs

Do my points expire?

Points do not expire on active members. After becoming in-active, your points will reset to 0. Your account will still be available.

Members are considered in-active after 2+ years (or 730+ days) of purchase inactivity on your Homegrown Rewards® card.

Why do you ask for my birth month?

This is an optional field in your profile information. You never know, we might send you a card on your birthday!

Can I get retroactive point credit for a purchase I made and forgot to use my card for?

Yes! Please email a copy of your receipt (or your order number if you made your purchase online) to rewards@familyfarmandhome.com. Your transaction will be verified and you will be notified of point addition.

What if I return an item that I previously earned points on?

The points originally earned on the item will be subtracted from your balance.

I show a purchase, but I received 0 Homegrown Rewards® points.

Eligibility and Participation

The Homegrown Rewards® program is administered by Homegrown Rewards®, in conjunction with participating Homegrown Rewards® stores. The Homegrown Rewards® program is a free benefit to customers of participating Homegrown Rewards® stores and is completely voluntary.

All individual customers at least 18 years of age of participating Homegrown Rewards® stores in the U.S. are eligible to participate. Commercial accounts and contractors are eligible to enroll and participate at the discretion of the participating Homegrown Rewards® store operator.

Eligible customers may enroll at the point of sale with an associate or by completing an Enrollment Form. No purchase is necessary to enroll. Only enrolled customers (Participants) are eligible to earn points in the program.

Changes in account information can be updated at http://www.familyfarmandhome.com/rewards by clicking on "My Account" once you are logged into the website. It is your responsibility to notify Homegrown Rewards® or your participating Homegrown Rewards® retailer of any changes.

Participants cannot change their enrollment date.

Participants will not receive cash back or store credit for purchases less than the Homegrown Rewards® certificate value.

Homegrown Rewards® carry no cash value, cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Homegrown Rewards™ and individual Homegrown Rewards™ stores are not responsible for replacing lost, stolen or mutilated certificates or coupons. Copies of Homegrown Rewards™ certificates and bonus point coupons will not be accepted.

Homegrown Rewards® Certificates expire within 30 days of issuance. Homegrown Rewards® certificates may be used in conjunction with bonus point coupons.

Participants may opt out of direct mail communications or cancel their account at any time by emailing rewards@familyfarmandhome.com.

Point Accumulation, Transfer and Account Merging

Enrolled Participants earn points based on dollars spent at participating Homegrown Rewards® stores. The more you spend, the higher the percentage of points and money back. Points will be credited on the total purchase amount less federal, state, local or other taxes and items excluded from the program. Present your card with every purchase at any participating Homegrown Rewards® store. You'll earn 5 points per dollar spent in store. Homegrown Rewards® stores are independently owned and operated and reserve the right to modify the point structure at any time. For every 2500 points you accumulate, you will receive a $5 Rewards Certificate. Rewards Certificates are compiled and automatically mailed to qualified customers monthly and are valid for approximately 30 days. After 2+ years (or 730+ days) of purchase inactivity on your Homegrown Rewards® card, your entire point balance will expire and be re-set to 0.

Participants living at the same address may have their points accumulate together as a household. In that case, one master account holder is assigned the point balance and transaction history used for the Homegrown Rewards® program. Other than that, participants cannot transfer points from one account to another.

Participants must present their Homegrown Rewards® Card or provide their account number and some form of identification in order to earn points on purchases. Exceptions will be made solely at the discretion of the participating Homegrown Rewards® store.

Points earned for purchases that result in returns or refunds will be deducted from Participant's account.

Purchases prior to the date of enrollment are not eligible for points. Any future changes in point accumulation rules will also not be retroactive.

Points have no cash value and points cannot be exchanged for cash.

Points will be credited to Participant accounts within 30 days.

Points not issued in the form of Homegrown Rewards® will be carried over to the next mailing.

Each Homegrown Rewards® store is independently owned and operated and reserves the right to alter the point structure at the store level. Please see store for details on restrictions or point structure modifications.

If you suspect an error in your points balance, please bring this to our attention by emailing rewards@familyfarmandhome.com. We will investigate any potential discrepancies and correct any errors.

Lost or Stolen Cards

Homegrown Rewards® Participants who lose their program card may receive a new card at the Homegrown Rewards® store in which they enrolled. The original account number will be linked with the new account number and points will be merged into the new account number.

Participants are encouraged to write down their card number to allow for proper crediting of points to the new account number.

Homegrown Rewards® and participating Homegrown Rewards® stores are not responsible for any account activity prior to a reported loss or theft.

Additional Program Terms

Homegrown Rewards® cards remain the property of Homegrown Rewards® and must be surrendered upon request. Homegrown Rewards® and participating Homegrown Rewards® stores reserve the right to disqualify anyone from participation in the program and to immediately invalidate all points accumulated or presented based on abuse, fraud, or any violation of the program terms and conditions.

Homegrown Rewards® and/or participating Homegrown Rewards® stores reserve the right to determine the number of points for any item, department or purchase transaction.

Homegrown Rewards® and individual Homegrown Rewards® stores are not responsible for any unauthorized Homegrown Rewards® certificate redemption.

Determination of any tax liability related to points and point redemption is the sole responsibility of the Participant. Participants are responsible for determining, recording and paying all federal, state and local taxes.

The Homegrown Rewards® program and offers are only redeemable at participating Homegrown Rewards® retailers and are void where prohibited by law. Offers may not be redeemed at familyfarmandhome.com.

Homegrown Rewards® and participating Homegrown Rewards® stores reserve the right to restrict, suspend, change or cancel the terms and conditions of the program and any associated offer(s) at any time without prior notification. This means that accumulated points in no way entitle participants to any vested rights with respect to the Homegrown Rewards® program.

Homegrown Rewards® and independent Homegrown Rewards® store operators reserve the right to cease participation in the program at any time without prior notification to Participants.

Homegrown Rewards® and independent Homegrown Rewards® store operators also reserve the right to offer a modified point structure for certain items or departments or to exclude certain types of purchases altogether from inclusion in the program.

Except as indicated herein, the program may not be combined with other offers.

In all matters relating to the interpretation and application of any rule or phase of this program, the decision of Homegrown Rewards® shall be final.
