How much money can I put on my gift card?

Gift cards are available online in denominations of $25, $50, and $100. Please visit any of our in-store locations for custom amounts.

Where can gift cards be redeemed?

All gift cards are redeemable both online and in all Family Farm & Home stores.

Can I place my gift card order with my in-store pickup order?

At this time all gift card orders must be made separately from any in-store or curbside pickup orders.

Will my gift card expire?

Nope! FFH gift cards do not expire.

How can I check my gift card balance?

Please feel free to use our online gift card lookup page here, or visit any one of our store locations. Please have your gift card number available.

What is your return policy for gift cards?

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except in those states that require redemption for cash.

We ship all gift cards via USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail.
