Whether you're establishing a new lawn or overseeding an existing one, this mix delivers excellent results. For best performance, apply in the spring or fall when temperatures range from 60ºF to 80ºF. Water daily to keep the soil surface moist until seedlings reach 2-3 inches in height. Each 25 lb. bag covers up to 10,000 sq. ft. for new lawns and 20,000 sq. ft. for overseeding.
