This premium blend consists of 100% turf varieties of Kentucky Bluegrass, delivering a lush, vibrant lawn. Germination begins within 21 days, ensuring strong establishment. Whether you're starting a new lawn or overseeding an existing one, this blend provides outstanding results. For optimal growth, apply in the spring or fall when temperatures range between 60°F and 80°F. Keep the soil surface moist by watering daily until seedlings reach a height of 2-3 inches. Each 50 lb. bag covers up to 12,500 sq. ft. for new lawns and 25,000 sq. ft. for overseeding.
